At Aura Studio, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchange only — no cash refunds are provided.
  • Exchange is available only for wrong item delivered, damaged item, or defective item.
  • Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Customer must provide unboxing video as proof for damaged/wrong item claims.
  • After approval, customer will ship the item back at their own cost.
  • Exchange item will be shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or discount
  • Custom stitched or altered items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
  • Items without original packaging and tags

Contact Us

WhatsApp us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and issue details.

Share Proof

Send us clear photos/videos of the item and the unboxing video showing the issue.

Ship It Back

After approval, ship the item back to us. We'll send the replacement within 3-5 days.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Free delivery on orders above Rs. 10,000
  • Standard delivery: 3-5 business days across Pakistan
  • Delivery charges for exchange: customer's responsibility
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

Important Notes

  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings — this is not a valid reason for exchange.
  • We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Aura Studio is not responsible for items lost during return shipping by the customer.
  • All exchange decisions are final and at the discretion of Aura Studio management.

We recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your parcel. This helps us process your exchange request quickly and ensures a smooth experience for both parties.
